A.C. Technologies, LLC is a results-oriented technologies company.  Our mission is to provide our customers with a quality product.  We will constantly strive to achieve better solutions for our customers.  We will provide the highest level of customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.  Our commitment to our customer will be based on long-term relationships formed through dedicated service, value creation and loyalty.  We are dedicated to finding the resources available to provide solutions to our customers' ever-changing needs.  We will provide our customers with top quality service in a professional, courteous and effective manner.  We will ensure that the customer is our first priority and is informed of the services being provided.  We will provide a cost-effective service.  At A.C. Technologies we understand that we will achieve great success if we help our customers succeed in their business as well.

Ownership
A.C. Technologies, LLC is a partnership of four members: Thomas Swiatoviak, Thomas Spiehs, Craig Walker and Roger Rathel.

Tom Swiatoviak graduated from Kearney State College in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Recreation.  From 1977 to 2000 Tom was president and majority stockholder for O.V. Development Inc, which owned a chain of sporting goods stores in Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, Minnesota and Texas.  Also, in this time frame, Tom was part owner in G. P. Express, a connecting airline company for United Airlines.  Tom became certified in sales on several Avaya products: Partner, Merlin Magix, IP Office, Cajun switches and Access Points for indoors and outdoors.

Craig Walker graduated in 1988 from Kearney State College, on the Honor Roll, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, and a minor in Statistics.  Craig worked for Servi-Tech Laboratories as head programmer and network administrator from 1988 through 2002.  Craig is recognized as a Technical Master on the IP Office.  Craig is involved in the design and implementation of data networks, IP telephony systems, VPNs, wireless networks, and website design.  Craig handles the implementation of our different digital surveillance systems.

Roger Rathel is a Telecommunications Industry Technician since 1986.  Roger is certified on Toshiba Strata 20, 12, and 6 telephone systems, Toshiba DK key system, Nortel key systems, and Perception Systems.  Roger also has experience on Panasonic, Samsung, Intertel, Vodavi, Atlas, Partner, Legend and Magix telephone systems.  Roger is proficient in data wiring applications such as token ring, thin-net, ethernet, twin-ax, and Cat 3 and 5.  Roger is also experienced in fiber and video security installation.

Tom Spiehs was an electronics technician for the Federal Communications Commission from 1978 until 1995.  Since 1995 Tom has worked as a telephone technician and became certified on the Definity BCS and ECS telephone systems.  Tom has experience with Avaya's Partner, Legend and Magix telephone systems.  Tom also has experience installing data wiring, video security systems and fiber termination.
